What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use Royal Mail Standard Services for all our deliveries.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We will dispatch your order normally the same day, you should receive your order within 2-3 days. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we can ship your order to most countries, please contact our sales office by email with the items you require, we will then give you the cost for postage and the delivery time.

Payment Information

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all card payments via Paypal if you have a Paypal account you will know that it is one of the most secure payment methods on the internet. You do not need a paypal account to use, and debit or credit card is accepted.

Do you accept payment by Stripe or Square?

At the moment we are looking at other payment methods, hopefully soon we will be able to accept these payment methods.

Can I pay Cash On Delivery?

We are sorry we do not have this method available.

Can I pay by Cheque?

Yes it is possible, please contact our sales office who will help you to pay by cheque. Please note that all orders will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared our bank. 

Is it safe to buy online?

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

When you are ready to place an order select “My Bag” at the top right of the page. Once you enter your basket you will need to follow these simple steps: Step 1. Check that you are happy with the products in your bag, then click “Go to checkout” at the bottom of the page.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to have an account to place an order with us. (For a faster checkout it is better you open an account). You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out. When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

How Do I Track My Order?

Go to the website at the top bar menu, click on Track my Order, you will need your oder ID and email that you used for the purchase.

How Can I Return a Product?

We do except returns as long as the product is in the same condition it was received in, you are responsible for the postage and the safe return to us.
